Today we’re officially launching this new exciting international research network funded by AHRC (http://www.ahrc.ac.uk/). The Network Team is looking forward to engaging as many people as possible, from as wide a range of disciplines as possible, to share their perspectives on such an important and challenging topic as the ‘DNA’ of a digital record.

Our first event – a workshop – takes place at the end of the month in London. Around 25 invited professionals and academics, with expertise in a wide range of fields, from the UK and overseas will identify key issues and share their perspectives about the future usability of the digital evidence base. We’ll post summaries and outputs from the event on this blog.

We would very much like you to engage with us via this blog and our associated Twitter account @RecordDNA. Looking forward to hearing your views.
